It was so nice to be able to ask any silly question at any time and know I would get a response. Walking through houses with Claudia felt like having a friend with us and we didn't feel shy about saying how we really felt about the houses. Claudia basically could tell before we did if we would like a house or not, it was wonderful. She listened, making sure we understood every step of the selling and buying process and that guided what we ultimately chose. We are so excited for our new home!

Larry was terrific to work with. He was extremely responsive and always available to answer our many questions as first time home buyers. He helped us through every step of the process and was a pleasure to work with. Larry was very flexible and was able to get us into tours at odd hours that we otherwise would not have been able to tour. Larry was not pushy at all when we told him that we were considering renewing our lease instead of purchasing. He also recommended a great bank that gave us the best rates in town - it sounds like a commercial but he really did help to save us a lot of money there. I also really valued Larry's experience renovating/ flipping houses - it gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. I will be recommending him to anyone I know in Milwaukee!

I have had many realtors who wanted to sell my property. I fired some of them for false advertising or being nasty… But, Larry was always honest and professional. He restored my faith that there are some good realtors out there. Larry helped me make offers on three houses before I got one. He was very patient. Katie was great to work with. She was always very quick with a response, even when I would email her at 5:30 am. She showed me a bunch of homes, helped me find a diamond in the rough and recommended an asking price that was accepted on the first offer well below asking price.

Katie is very knowledgeable in these situations and her advice and access to resources where a tremendous benefit to us. We were able to quickly organize and process the contents of the home and put it up for sale. And then we accepted a full asking price offer within a week of putting it up for sale
“A no brainer”
We used Katie to buy our house two years ago and it was a no brainer to call her again when we listed the same house for sale. From the initial consultation to closing, Katie and her team make everything so easy and answer any questions along the way. It’s always nerve racking being a first time buyer or seller, but Katie truly does work well with first timers and makes everything easy to understand. I’m sad that we moved out of her market now, it’ll be tough to find someone who compares to her level of awesome!!

As it had been a while since I sold my last home, I also needed some sound advice regarding some of the particulars of staging and prepping my home for sale. Katie was always quick to respond to my multitude of questions, and her advice was consistently spot on. Her assistant's reminders also were very helpful in ensuring that I had all the requisite paperwork and other formalities ready to go for the lender providing the mortgage to my new home.

"Got me twice the amount"
Before listing my home with Katie, I called two agents in the area, they both recommended I list my home for assessed value per the city of Milwaukee. I felt my home was worth twice that amount. I called Katie she came down walked through the house and said what do you think, I said as an investor the house is worth $100K, Katie said lets do 110k, so we did and the house sold. Had I listed with the other two agents I would have got half that amount. I have been buying and selling homes for 27 years, most agents get the listing and wait for other agents to bring an offer. It seemed to me that she works as hard as I do. Katie gets the job done, I would definitely recommend Dream Reality to any one looking to buy or sell a home.
