Hi! I’m Larry Pundsack and I’ve been working in the real estate market for almost two decades now helping people obtain their real estate goals!
Prior to joining Dream Realty, I spent nearly 10 years working in mortgage banking, helping mortgagors obtain financing for their homes. During my time within the financial industry I acquired skill sets in project management, training, and team leadership.
After leaving the mortgage industry, I partnered with a private Real Estate Investment Company acquiring property within the Greater Milwaukee area. From there I branched out and started working with local Buyers and Sellers to help make their real estate Dreams come true. My clients have ranged from first time home buyers, investors, families looking to upsize all the way until they’re ready to downsize.
I’ve managed single family homes, duplexes, as well as multi-family apartment complexes within Milwaukee. Having experience on both ends of the home buying and selling process allows me to keep up with the market trends, rules and regulations. This knowledge gives me the ability to provide the extensive planning, and attention to detail necessary to service each individual tenant, owner, buyer or seller in the manner in which they should expect!
