I'm Katie O'Keefe! I have been making home buyers and sellers dreams come true for over 14 years.
Working with home buyers, especially first time buyers, is my passion. The excitement of the first time buyer finding their perfect home is an amazing experience. Helping buyers through what could be a scary and daunting process and making it fun and less overwhelming is my forte. Plus, being a small company with none of the large company overhead allows me to pass on incredible commission rates!
My team and I offer exceptional customer service, attention to detail, video tours for listings, photos and in some cases if staging is needed and I have that covered too! Whether it's buying a new home, letting go of an old one or delving into an investment property, my goal is to make your real estate dreams come true!
